The indigenius Agiorgitiko and the velvetly Merlot blend their qualities to give an elegant organic wine with ruby colour, and aromas of black fruit and sweet spices, rich taste and long finish. Served at 15 - 17o C. It shows great affinity for grilled meat and "red" Mediterranean cuisine. Oak matured for 12 months.
